(TV) Re: TV Digest V1 #296

I think Richard Lloyd has also written a short essay on television (the object) -- which might shed some light on the name "Television."  Although I am not sure if he has had the idea for a while (before the name was chosen) or if it's a recent idea.  There was also a French band named Telephone, anyone knows if they called themselves Telephone because of Television?
