RE: (TV) The Blow Up

I've always thought the reason it was never released with the song "Poor
Circulation" was because that song was never published. It would have been
a lot of hassle for Tom to publish this song in 1982 (or was it 1984?) when
the Blow Up was first released officially by ROIR on cassette. He had his
mind on other things, why should he bother with the paperwork for an
obscure forgotten song on the ROIR independent low budget official cassette
release of a bootleg? Much easier for him to tell them to leave it off the
cassette.
I also think that Tom was always more interested in his most recent
offerings, so why bother publishing an oldie.
Its a crime that there's a whole bunch of incredible Television songs that
were never released - Poor Circulation, Let Me Out, Judy, Hard On Love,
Double Exposure, O Mi Amore, Adventure, Little Johnny Jewel (well this
almost qualifies).
There's enough there for a whole album.
